I haven't completely migrated to FaceBook or Tumblr, but the state of internet communities changed so much it's like blogging communities like LJ and DW are dated. But I still use DW. and I'd make requests for the kind of communities I want someone else to make in makemycommunity, but face it, message boards for most of what I want out there already exist, what's the point? I just need to get over my apprehension about registering on the right ones and just fucking do it.

Ways Creators Can Cause Piracy.

I fail to understand why not enough people get that it's the job of the business person to sell a product or service, and not rely on their fantasy of the potential buyer (ie, Market Research, look in to it). Reasonably priced, DRM-free downloads that can easily be used across platforms, including works that have been out of print, why yes, this is what potential customers want. For some reason or other a deluded commenter in there remains in denial.
